I signed up, created my profile, and began swiping, only for the app to close and for my account to be suspended, all within about 10 minutes of starting up. I emailed support and they said my account was suspended and that it was final.

No explanation has been provided; it's really disgraceful, but I'm just glad I didn't pay for a subscription beforehand. Major thumbs down. I got in touch with the support team as requested and made a ticket asking what happened.

The ticket was immediately closed with no response. Nice one.

I have had very positive experiences, however, the few negative ones, which involved members finding my personal social media, caused me to delete my account and create a new one with the alias 'Chloe' and not my real name 'Charlotte'. I'd rather reveal my real name to the members I truly connect with and feel I can trust, rather than disclose that to every single member. I hope you can understand this and allow me to have my account.

and similar legitimate sites never ask for prepayment. But as you can see it is their favorite thing to do on Seeking.

It's not prohibited or somehow controlled by the site. Guess what happens if you pay them up front? Right! Nothing happens.

They disappear and after a while they come back to the site under a different name.

In any case, they never show up. The women just like to ghost men, especially after they get paid in advance.

I just want to make sure my profile is off the site. I would've contacted prior to now but was ill and had a lot going on.

Nobody answered the phone when I called you guys. I just wanna cancel my subscription. Can anyone please help me with that?

Impossible to log on. You took my money.

I dont deserve this. Please refund me or Ill have to call credit card company to not pay you for the lack of service Im getting.

I paid USD200.00 yesterday for a three-month diamond subscription. After midnight, I was logged out and upon attempting to log in, I received the message 'your account has been deleted'.

I haven't done anything prohibited by the rules, only messaged some members asking to meet them (which is the purpose of this company). It seems like they were just waiting to get my money and then they got rid of me without any explanation.

Not sure why this is being posted.Was under the impression that this was removed years ago.Computer hacked and false complaint .Why is this on the internet? Please respectfully remove . I don't know what happened. I was just trying to make a payment to do an upgrade and there were two people that I saw. I thought the guys were cute, so I just texted them, but nothing more than that, and then I just received an email that my account got suspended for no reason so I think it's a mistake.

Im charged each month and cant access my account. Keep writing about it to no response.

I try to log in through my email and it just doesnt go through. why would I keep paying for a subscription.

No one cares to help, no return on calls no reply on emails. It's just like a fake business to get your money and run away!
