Seeking Arrangement - Permanent Ban without Cause
Reached out once again via my ticket and it was closed after 15 minutes. Again, no follow up or correspondence. Would attach email but I have hit my limit of 10 images on PissedConsumer.
I have not received any further correspondence from Seeking Arrangement Support since my last message. I see that today they have marked my ticket in their DateSupporter app as "Resolved" and have not received any replies here, or via Email.Very poor customer service experience as a whole.
I will create a final ticket on their DateSupporter service and if I receive any further runarounds or closures of my support request then I will contact my bank.Will add a screenshot of their Support tickets queue for evidence. I see my previous attachment of character example conversations on Seeking has been taken down.
I have received another correspondence from Seeking via a "Support Team Lead".They have offered a partial refund for the time for which my account has been deactivated, which I am assuming is pro-rated but I have not done the math on to calculate. My account is still banned.I am not satisfied with this response, which is why I have updated my formal review once again and will attach all correspondence with names and contact information redacted for privacy.I have attempted to provide evidence of my actions on Seeking, information pertaining to their product, and some examples of direct correspondence with potential sugar babies which goes directly against the false accusation that I am "seeking sex in exchange for compensation".Seeking Arrangement Support team: It is my preference to have my account re-instated at this time. If you are not able to comply with this request then I am asking for a FULL REFUND to my credit card.If you are unable to meet either of these requests then I will continue to pursue a Charge Dispute with my bank.
Update:Received a note from "SeekingArrangementSupport" on 10/29 asking me to private message.Of course, they do not have a way to be contacted through this account, so I have updated my correspondence with the company via the private chat available here, and have included a screenshot of this correspondence with my personal information redacted.As of 10/30, my account is still permanently banned, and no refund has been issues. I have now lost over a week of access to my account, and have begun the Charge Dispute process with my bank.
I have clearly read and followed the site terms and conditions since joining Seeking over two years ago. I have been on and off the site over the two years, and have had a few very successful arrangements.
I believe any reports made against my account by other users are false or misleading.
Due to what I have stated, I requested an appeal to the site via their datesupporter.com service for an appeal and was informed that I was permanently banned from their service and affliates henceforth, and any future requests for support would be ignored.
I will now be contacting my credit card to request a chargeback for them wrongfully terminating my account only two weeks into my most recent membership renewal.
Really awful customer service from what I thought was previously a high quality company.
Extremely disappointed and will fight this!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $80.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Seeking Arrangement Pros: Pretty simple to use, Meet some nice women.
Seeking Arrangement Cons: Account suspension, Rip off company liked nothing, Poor customer service.

Bad company. Get your bank dispute on and don't put any more energy into their terrible customer service.
I've had issues with this service. You should just do a credit card dispute and move on. Their support team is useless and unhelpful.
Bad service. Try secret benefits instead.

I sent you a private message the day after I made this complaint and have not received a response. I will send another one now but I'm truly frustrated with the lack of customer service you company has provided.
Looking at your account profile on PissedConsumer, I have no way to private message you. I think you will need to message me directly. I have also sent a fourth message to the private message I have open with the SeekingArrangement company profile.
I show that I reached out to you on the email on file with your account. This was coming from Thomas.
We explained why you were suspended and how many times you were suspended, what our policies are, and you were refunded for the unused time. That was from the suspension date until when your account would expire, this was for 18 unused days.

I have written a response to your/Thomas's email explaining why I am still taking issue with your response and offer of a partial refund. Please read my response carefully, along with all provided evidence of my correspondence outside of Seeking (since my account is banned, I am unable to show any correspondence of my activity on the site itself). I am believe that the fundamental process for which my account, and possibly others is banned is to be flawed and I have explained my reasoning in my email to you. If you are still unable to provide any further recourse either by re-instating my account (preferred) or issuing a full refund, then as I stated in my email back to your correspondence I will be in contact with my bank to formalize a dispute.
Listen, the reality is that 79 dollars is not a lot of money, but I do value 1) the service Seeking offers and the 2) history that I have created on the site and correspondence with potential friends, former sugar babies and the like which is worth more than anything to me so my complete preference is to get my account reactivated.
Again however, if you are not able to offer this resource then I will expect at the minimum a full refund and stop my pursuit of any further action against your company. Thank you for your time and consideration.
